iphone 4s black 16Gb as new ?

We have recently moved and I can not get a mobile signal on my phone so selling to get a one on another network. Its locked to Orange or T mobile. As new condition no marks etc. Comes in box with charger booklets etc I am 30 mile south of bristol and 30 mile north of Bournemouth so listing in both areas 180 no offers
